How to request deletion of your data

Please include enough information for us to identify your account or records:

• Your full name.
• The email address or phone number linked to your account, if applicable.
• The product, service, website, or application where your data was provided — for example Coach Football or usecoach.football.
• A clear statement that you want your personal data deleted.
• Any additional details that may help us locate your records, such as a username or team affiliation.

We may need to verify your identity before processing the request. This helps protect your data and prevents unauthorized deletion requests. We will only ask for information reasonably required to confirm that you are the person connected to the data.

1. We will acknowledge receipt of your request.
2. We will review the request and verify the relevant account or records.
3. We will delete eligible personal data from our active systems, including coaching logs and connected performance data where it is held by us.
4. We will confirm once the request has been completed, or explain if any information cannot be deleted.

In some cases, we may need to retain limited information where required or permitted by law, contract, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, audit, or legitimate business record-keeping obligations. Where retention is required, we will restrict the data to the purpose for which it must be kept.
