Terms of Service

You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to misuse, disrupt, damage, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services, systems, data, or infrastructure.

If you create an account or submit information through our services, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information — including details used to personalise coaching, such as body mass, position, fixtures, and connected training data. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the services for fraudulent, unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or interfere with the operation of the services or Coach AI models.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content.
• Attempt to access data, accounts, systems, or networks without permission.
• Use the services in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

Coach may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, including Coach Football protocols, features, and pricing. We do not guarantee that the services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Paid services, including Coach Football subscriptions, are billed according to the fees, billing terms, and payment methods shown before purchase or activation. You are responsible for all charges associated with your use of paid services.

All content, software, designs, trademarks, logos, graphics, coaching protocols, and other materials provided through our services are owned by or licensed to Coach, unless otherwise stated. This includes practitioner protocols embedded in Coach AI models. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written permission.

If you submit, upload, or provide content through our services — including messages, nutrition logs, training data, and connected wearable information — you remain responsible for that content. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to provide it and that it does not violate any law, agreement, or third-party right.

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. To request deletion of your data, follow the instructions on our data deletion page or contact matt@usecoach.io.

Our services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, platforms, or services, including payment providers, wearables, GPS devices, and health apps. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, availability, or practices.

The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Coach provides AI coaching guidance trained by professional practitioners. It is not a substitute for in-person medical, clinical, or nutrition advice from a qualified professional, and it is not a replacement for a practising nutritionist. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coach will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the services.

You agree to indemnify and hold Coach harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the services, breach of these terms, or violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate access to the services if we reasonably believe that you have violated these terms, created risk for Coach or others, or used the services unlawfully or improperly.

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by applicable law, unless another jurisdiction is expressly required by the laws of the country where you live.
